For anyone who wants details of the individual puzzles, highlight the text below:

#1. Say What You See - CHAI + KNEES + GNU + EAR => (give or take) CHINESE NEW YEAR

#2. Each letter is the sum of the two letters above it (modulo 26) giving these rows:

LBU
The last row is letters 12 02 21, which 'converted to calendar' gives the date.

#3. American Motors = AM, Pac Man = PM. Using this info, times converted to 24 hour clock are:
14:00, 09:00, 14:00
05:00, 01:00, 13:00
07:00, 13:00, 20:00
Converting to letters gives NINE AM GMT
