I have decoded the 10 letters I see here or should I say I FEEL here, but it doesn't make a good answer. I tried to anagram the letters, what am I missing here, HELP.........

I've converted the digits to letters, Took letters to ROT, anagramed results, turned results into Binary, used Binary to make Morse code, Changed morse code into Braille and then realized all I had to do was Enter NEXT. Welcome to Puzzletome

You don't need to anagram and you have the correct method so I'm puzzled. You are doing the top line followed by the bottom line rather than each domino at once? Would you like to pm me with what you have?
