Coming soon to a PC screen near you:
In the beginning was the Overwhatsit Of The Universe.
And he made a puzzle.
...
Oh hang on - I did all that gubbins last time! Well anyway, it's time to remember all the methods you used on all those old puzzles and then forget them because they now have different ones. Oh yes, it's almost time for:
MiscellASAneous VI
Be there - but not until I tell you the exact date and time of the launch.

Read a book, watch television, study, make a model aeroplane, play cards, go down the pub, take someone out to dinner, listen to the radio, take dancing lessons, read the sunday paper, bath the dog/cat/budgerigar. You're not trying.....FC |

I haven’t been able to do so many puzzles lately as I have been trying to make some extra money by delivering pizzas. I had four pizzas in the van, ready to go when they called me back and gave me another eleven to deliver. The first stop took two, with the original four going to the next stop. At this stage one of our other drivers flagged me down, as he had run out of petrol, and asked me to deliver the five pizzas he still had left, and I was about to take of when he found a sixth pizza, and shoved it through my window. Anyway I delivered all those, and on returning to base found nineteen more waiting to be delivered. Which company was I delivering for?
Apologies if your country does not have this chain, but I am sure the answer will fall into place. _________________ Alan

How about a pub quiz? I really must slow down on my puzzling/riddling/quizzing or speed up on my drinking! |
