If anyone is still here, I'm completely stuck on this one. I realize that I can just skip it, but it's really bugging me. I've already tried everything from section 2, plus some other similar stuff, and I've gotten nowhere.

13 years later and amazingly I can still remember how to solve this! As Stretham said, the second word of the title is crucial - remember you are looking to choose which words/letters are relevant…

I was about to reply that I already tried both the letters and words, and that it's all nonsense, but then I went and tried again. And again. And then I saw it.
