My thanks to cae_prince for highlighting what must have been a longstanding issue with regards to submission of crossword entries. I've managed to track down and fix the problem, so hopefully any future submissions (and very importantly the associated feedback) will be a bit easier. Smile

For a change the feedback is from me instead of someone else. Smile There are a couple of errors in the clues for the January 2023 puzzle (Stopovers). The explanations on the crossword site show only the intention of the clues.

23a - the 'regular comb over' part strictly speaking should have yielded OBVR, which obviously wouldn't have given the correct answer.

26a - the wordplay led to 2 Ts instead of just one.

My apologies for these, and I will endeavour to do better in future. Embarassed

Thanks for your patience while I sort out the explanations for the April puzzle, but in the meantime my thanks go to JimFromMN for pointing out that the entry for 7d in the solution grid was given incorrectly as GROOVE instead of ORIOLE. This is now corrected, and be assured that the explanation will refer to the bird rather than the dance! Smile
