Why, ever since we finished PT1, do I have to log in every time?? I have to log in for stats, and again for forum. Is this intentional? |

No - pure coincidence, I think, and I've no idea why you you should suddenly have to log in twice either. Have you checked the box that says "log me in automatically"...?
If you continue to have a problem, let us know and we'll try and investigate.

It's not intentional, and in fact you certainly shouldn't have to. Have you changed your cookie settings recently? It may be worth (if possible) deleting all your cookies and then logging in again (obviously make sure you click the "connect me every time I log in" box). Anyone else suffering the same problem?

cookies deleted every day! box always checked! Not a great problem for me, but surely annoying if it's happening to those still puzzling or just started. |

If you delete your cookies everyday...thats why you need to re-input it everytime. The cookie is where it saves your login data :-p Save the puzzletome cookie, and you shouldnt need to log in everytime. |

I've had this problem for a couple of days now. Every time I login, the home page says I'm not logged in, but the second time I login it works
I haven't changed any settings lately (not intentionally anyway). |

I've seen the double login thing happening, but it was a long time ago. I tend to stay logged in now.
I've also experienced it on other phpBB forums (and the site is powered by the forum). I don't know why, but eventually it seems to sort itself out - I don't know enough about cookies and sessions to be able to explain it. _________________ Puzzletome - Confusion now hath made his masterpiece! |

I did eventually discover that if you logon to puzzletome.com it works first time, but logging onto puzzletome.co.uk works second time. |
