Could I call on the musical expertise of all you wonderful Puzzletome members? There's a snippet of music that has been running through my head for some time now (we're talking months) and it's driving me mad not being able to remember what it is. Below is a simple recording of it (MIDI file).
Music snippet
I'm reasonably sure that this is a guitar riff from a song in the 80s. Probably from a rock band, possibly American (someone like the Georgia Satellites maybe?). If anyone recognises it then I would be eternally grateful.
