I am very sad to inform you all that one of the staunch Anemonas team has passed away. I have just been told by 3x7 that our dear puzzle friend, Maria, passed away last week after a short but very fatal illness. I am sure all our thoughts will be with her family and friends at this time.

Sleep well Maria.

We still can't believe it.. It hit us really when we got the news.. All we could think of but not this..no more Maria.. We wil miss her input in the solving of puzzles .. Her last words to us : sleep well.. May she rest in peace.. our thoughts are with her man and son

Oh that is terrible news. My deepest sympathy goes out to her family and friends & fellow Anemonas.

Oh my gosh - I just don't even know what to think or say. It is moments like this that remind me that life is so fleeting.

My most heartfelt sympathy to Maria's family and to her close friends too - I know that you will miss her terribly. Rust in vrede, Maria.

That is really sad news.
I think I recall that the Anemonas had to deal with another terrible loss in their puzzle comunity, only a few years ago.
