Teaser #3 Scoring
The added twist is that all tile values are be inversely scored (so Q and Z will be worth 1, and AEILNORSTU will each be worth 10), and then the total score cut in half. (I found a home for 3x7 even though there was no intersection available)
Note - after all scores are determined, point values are awarded based on order of winning entry
1. lotjegetikt - 504
2. gordel - 104
3. spice1 - 58
4. cae_prince - 58
5. Badvok - 53
6. snetje - 47
7. 3x7 - 19.5 |

Despite a good showing by several contestants (most notably breezycollie, who finished first in two contests but fell victim to my scoring method for the third puzzle), lotjegetikt is the winner of the teaser contest. Huzzah! |

I have to say any contest where you win by finishing one contest out of three and that elevates you above someone who fnished two sounds a bit cockeyed and in my book Breezycollie won hands down. She was doing them solo as well, so no help from me.FC |

I never said this would be fair.
(Probably the same sentiment many who are currently working through the contest could share!)
